DOGS:
 
  • PUPPY PROMISES PROGRAM
  • Two individuals visit the home with puppies to screen the family and check out the surrounding environment.
  • Start the medical records by giving their first vaccination and worming the puppies.
  • Notify the family of transport date so puppies will be brought to shelter the day of transport.
  • Bathe puppies before transport.
  • TRANSPORT OF DOGS TO THE NORTH AND FLORIDA
  • Organize Transports.
  • DRIVERS NEEDED to transport.
  • Bathe dogs before transport.
  • WALK DOGS
    What can I help you with next?

DOGS/CATS:

  • Assist with intake of animals.
  • Transport dogs/cats to/from vet appointments.
  • Assist with adoptions (locally and Pet Smart in Alpharetta on Saturday).
  • FOSTER HOMES for animals.
  • Volunteers needed to transport dogs to New Jersey.
 
 
CATS:
  • Clean cat house once a week.
  • Be back up for cleaning when scheduled volunteer is out of town.
 
 
CASTAWAY VEHICLE:
  • Maintain vehicle
  • Fuel check before Pet Smart weekends
 
 
SHELTER NEEDS:
  • Obtain supplies for both shelters.
  • Check for maintenance needs around shelter and notify individual for repairs.

    FUNDRAISING:
    • Assist with fundraising events jby2@windstream.net.
